Lungomare Home offers two bedrooms, a living room with convertible couch, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a spacious terrace with outdoor seating, sun loungers, sun umbrella and barbecue for perfect summer relaxation and get-togethers.

Spacious Lungomare Home for 6+2 has three bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and sofa, two bathrooms, and a spacious terrace with outdoor seating set and sun loungers. Thanks to its size of 38 m2, it offers comfortable accommodation for six people. Here, you’ll find enough space and great options for a memorable family holiday.

STANDARD RATE

  • Residence tax and final cleaning are not included in the price.
  • Free cancellation of reservations up to 7 days (14:00 CET) prior to arrival.
  • A credit card is required as confirmation of your stay.
  • Your credit card may be pre-authorised 21 days prior to arrival in the amount of your first night's stay.
  • You will be informed if your credit card is declined for preauthorisation. In case we cannot charge your credit card, your reservation will be cancelled.
  • For late cancellation of reservations, your card will be charged in the amount of your first night's stay per accommodation unit.
  • In the case of a guest no-show without prior cancellation, your card will be charged in the full amount of the reservation.
  • In case of a premature departure, additional payment in the full amount of booking.
  • In the case of cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival, the amount charged to your card will be refunded. For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded.

  • Final cleaning includes: cleaning and a bed linen starter set and 2 towels per person.

We can implement the price correction no later than one month before the date of arrival, which we will inform you about by email or in another appropriate way. You need to inform us whether you accept the new price calculation of services or reject this calculation within 8 days, whereby the Booking Agreement will be considered terminated without any obligations on your part. In the event of Agreement termination, we are limited to a refund up to the amount of the advance payment received based on the Booking Agreement. Valid from January 1, 2024.
