Pitches and camping spaces

  • The listed prices and conditions of this pricelist are valid only for reserved stays. For stays without reservations the prices and conditions are as listed in the valid pricelist at the reception.
  • VAT is included in price.
  • The price for each unit includes set up of: one caravan or one tent + one car or motorcycle + child tent (1,5 m) direct on the pitch or near caravan or tent, or motorhome + child tent (1,5 m) direct on the pitch or near caravan or tent.
  • Residence tax is not included in the price.
  • The residential tax is paid at the reception of the camp.
  • People with a disability rating of 70% or over do not pay the tourist tax. Eligibility is confirmed on production of a valid ID card on which the disability percentage is visible.

PITCH BOOKING
  • You can reserve a pitch number for a stay of minimum 7 days.
    Reservation of a pitch number requires a non-refundable surcharge payment as detailed below:
    • Standard €100
    • Comfort, Comfort Mare €150
    • Premium in Camping Škrila and Camping Brioni: €150
    • Premium in 3*/4*/5* camping resorts €200
    • Luxury in 3*/4* camping resorts €200
    • Luxury in 5* camping resorts €300
  • Once we confirm your desired pitch number, we guarantee that it will be reserved for you on the exact dates you have specified. Please note the following conditions:
    • Changing travel dates is not possible after the booking has been made.
    • If you shorten your stay, you are still required to pay the full amount as per the booking confirmation.
    • If you cancel your reservation, the deposit (€100) will not be refunded.
    • The surcharge payment for a pitch number is additional to your stay amount and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
    • In case of no-show, we will charge you the total amount of your stay.
  • Please note that during the period from 12.07. to 30.08.2025, certain types of pitches can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday.
  • Pitch number bookings can be made exclusively through the Valamar Reservation Center via email at reservations@valamar.com or by phone at +385 52 465 000.
  • When choosing a pitch number, please specify the type of pitch you need and the exact dates for which you wish to book it.
Bookings
  • Pitch booking according to the pitch type (Mega Luxury, Luxury Mare, Premium Mare, Comfort Mare, Mega Comfort, Comfort and Standard).
Advance payment 2024
  • Advanced payment for all pitches except Premium Mare, Luxury Mare and Mega Luxury is 50 EUR . The rest of the payment is paid by the guest on site. If the amount of the booked stay is under 50 EUR the guest will make an advanced payment in the amount of the cost of the booked stay.
  • Advance payment for pitches Premium Mare, Premium Poolside, Luxury Mare and Mega Luxury is 100 EUR. The rest of the payment is paid by the guest on site. If the amount of the booked stay is under 100 EUR the guest will make an advanced payment in the amount of the cost of the booked stay.
  • Advance payment can be made only by credit card, and if the booking for the following year is made at the camping reception, it can be paid in cash.
Advance payment 2025
  • The advance payment for all pitches is EUR 100. The remaining amount is to be paid at the reception. If the price of the booked stay is under EUR 100, it is necessary to make an advance payment in the amount of the price of the booked stay. If the pitch number was also booked during the reservation, no advance payment is required; only the pitch number reservation fee is required.
  • Advance payment can be made only by credit card, and if the booking for the following year is made at the camping reception, it can be paid in cash.

  • Payment upon arrival is possible:
    1. by cash in EUR as stated on your booking confirmation
    2. by cash in any other currency or by credit card or Maestro card based on the current exchange rate. The current exchange rate is stated on the invoice.
  • Credit card is required for booking. We accept EuroCard/MasterCard or Visa.
  • Your personal data, and the data on your credit card, are fully protected. The transfer of data is carried out via a safe server.
Minimum stay
  • Minimum stay per pitch is 1 night, and in high season 3 nights.
Booking cancellation 2024
  • A credit card is required as confirmation of your stay.
  • In case of cancellation of reservations, the amount transferred as a deposit will not be refunded.
  • In the case of a guest no-show, your card will be charged in the full amount of the reservation.
  • In case of a premature departure, additional payment in the full amount of booking.
Booking cancellation 2025
  • A credit card is required as a reservation guarantee.
  • In case you cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to your arrival (2:00 p.m. CET), we will retain the received advance payment.
  • Within the cancellation period, 30% of the total amount of the reservation can be charged to your credit card.
  • If you cancel your reservation after the cancellation period, we will retain the received advance payment and the debited amount.
  • In case of early departure or a no-show without prior cancellation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card.
The time of check in and check out
  • Pitch can be used on the arrival day from 1:00 PM. On check-out day we ask that our guests make the pitch available by 12:00 PM.
  • We undertake to keep your booked pitch until 7:00 PM of the check-in date. After that we reserve the right to resell the pitch.
  • In case of delay, please, contact and inform us until 7:00 PM of the check-in date. If you inform us of your delay, we will keep your pitch until you arrive. In that case, in addition to the costs for the stay, we will charge you with the price of the pitch for each day of the delay.
  • In order to maintain the scale of the value of mutually agreed considerations, and taking into account the current circumstances (primarily, the trend of inflation rates) which could significantly distort that scale, we can correct the final nominal price of the contracted service in the event that after the conclusion of this contract, the cumulative index of the monthly inflation rate, which is published by EUROSTAT for the Republic of Croatia, exceeds 110.00 in the current month compared to September 2023, up to the amount of the inflation rate thus calculated.
    The price correction will be implemented taking into account the circumstances of the specific case and acting in accordance with the principle of equal value of contractual considerations. The price correction can be implemented no later than one month before the date of arrival, which we will inform the guest about by email or in some other appropriate way. The guest will inform us whether they accept the new price calculation of services or reject this calculation within 8 days, whereby this Agreement will be considered terminated. In the latter case, our obligations are limited to a refund of any amount of the service price received.

Camping homes and glamping

  • The residential tax is paid at the reception of the camp.
  • People with a disability rating of 70% or over do not pay the tourist tax. Eligibility is confirmed on production of a valid ID card on which the disability percentage is visible.

  • If five or more accommodation units are booked, different payment/cancellation conditions apply.
  • For each camping home there is a parking space for one vehicle (at Valamar Camping Marina parking is provided exclusively for cars).
  • Booking of camping homes per day includes the stay of persons within the description of the camping homes, gas, water and electricity cots, a parking space and other camping services.
    • When renting a camping home or glamping tent, there is an additional one-off fee of 37 EUR which includes cleaning and a clean bed linen starter set (two sheets and a pillow case for a double bed, two sheets and a pillow case for twin beds, and 2 towels per person for the announced number of guests in the camping home).
  • A maximum of two pets can stay with you in a single camping home. Pet stays are charged according to the valid prices as indicated in the camping price list.
  • If you have a pet staying with you, linens and cleaning before check-out will cost you 53 EUR .


Island of Rab

  • Final cleaning is 37 EUR and if you have a pet staying with you is 53 EUR
  • Pet: allowed (on request) in line with campsite rules
Booking camping homes
  • Camping home can be booked also at the day of arrival.
  • Your personal data, as well as the data from your credit card, are entirely protected.
RESERVATION WARRANTY

Booking cancellation

  • Free cancellation of reservations up to 21 days (13:00 CET) prior to arrival.
  • A credit card is required as confirmation of your stay.
  • Your credit card may be pre-authorised 42 days prior to arrival in the amount of your first night's stay.
  • You will be informed if your credit card is declined for preauthorisation. In case we cannot charge your credit card, your reservation will be cancelled
  • For late cancellation of reservations, your card will be charged in the amount of your first night's stay per accommodation unit.
  • In the case of a guest no-show without prior cancellation, your card will be charged in the full amount of the reservation.
  • In case of a premature departure, additional payment in the full amount of booking.
  • In the case of cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival, the amount charged to your card will be refunded. For cancellation after the cancellation period, the amount charged to your card will not be refunded.
  • Residence tax and final cleaning are not included in the price.

Check-in and check-out
  • Camping homes and glamping can be used on the arrival day from 4:00 PM. On check-out day we ask that our guests make the camping home available by 10:00 AM.
    • We undertake to keep your booked camping home until 7:00 PM of the check-in date. After that we reserve the right to resell the camping home.
    • In case of delays, please, contact and inform us no later than 24 hours before your booked check-in. If you inform us of your delay, we will keep your camping home until you arrive. In that case, in addition to the costs of the stay, we will charge you with the price of the camping home for each day of the delay.
House rules

By booking accommodation and staying at our campsite, you undertake to obey these house rules and related provisions.
