Is it possible to reserve a certain pitch number?

Reservation is possible only for pitch type. We will be happy to make note of the desired pitch number when the booking is made and will take this into account when allocating the pitch, depending on availability.

When will you inform us about the number of the pitch that has been allocated to us?

You will receive the number of the pitch on which you will be accommodated during your stay at the reception upon arrival at the campsite. If you prefer a specific pitch number, please mention it when booking and it will be taken into account when the pitch is allocated, depending on availability.

Can you check if a certain pitch is available in a certain period?

Reservation is possible only for pitch type. You will receive the number of the pitch on which you will be accommodated during your stay at the reception upon arrival at the campsite. If we do not like the allotted pitch, is it possible to change it?

If possible, we will be happy to change the pitch for you, depending on availability.

Can we come without a reservation and choose a pitch on the spot?

If you decide to come to the campsite without a reservation, the choice of pitch will depend on availability. We definitely advise you to contact us as early as possible for a reservation.

Until what time can we enter the campsite?

Arrivals are scheduled until 22:00, after which follow night quiet hours.

Can we set up a tent on the pitch next to our camper for free?

If there is enough space on the pitch, it is possible to set up an additional tent for an extra charge.

Can we reserve two pitches next to each other?

You can book two pitches specifying that you wish them to be next to each other. We will take this into account when allocating pitches, depending on availability.

Can we reserve a pitch in shade or a larger pitch?

If you want the pitch to be in the shade, or larger, you can mention this when booking. We will take this into account when allocating the pitch, depending on availability.

Can we book a boat mooring buoy and what are the prices?

It is possible to book a mooring buoy for a boat. The prices of buoys vary across different campsites. We advise you to request more detailed information at the reception upon arrival or to contact our Reservation Centre at reservations@valamar.com, who will be happy to check the information for you.

Can you book a certain camping home number or a certain zone in which a camping home is located (e.g. Adria camping home)?

Reservation is possible only for the mobile home type. You can specify the desired mobile home number when booking, and your wish will be taken into account when the mobile home is allocated, depending on availability.

Are dogs allowed in camping homes?

If you travel with a dog and want to book a camping home, you can contact us at reservations@valamar.com to check the availability of properties where dogs are allowed.

How is the kitchen in a camping home equipped?

The kitchen in a camping home is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and cutlery. What you do need to bring are kitchen towels.

Is there a wireless connection in the campsite and what is the price?

Wireless and/or wired internet access is available in all campsites. Some facilities have partial wireless internet coverage.

Do you confirm receipt of the advance payment?

An advance payment is required to confirm your reservation. Details of the advance payment can be found in the booking confirmation. If you would like to check whether your payment has arrived, please contact our Reservation Centre at reservations@valamar.com

Is the advance non-refundable?

The advance is non-refundable when booking a pitch. In exceptional cases, a refund is possible.

Is the reservation cancelled automatically if no advance payment is made or if the credit card has not been charged within 7 days?

The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment by bank transfer or by the credit card being charged. If the payment is not received in due time, we will contact you and inform you about the status of your reservation.

At what time will my pitch be ready on the day of arrival?

On the day of arrival, you can access the pitch from 14:00. If you arrive earlier, please check with the reception whether the pitch is ready for you.

Can I set up a tent next to the camping home?

The mobile home has a limited space as a yard, where there is not enough room to set up a tent.

Can I rent a bike or a tent from you?

Some campsites offer the possibility of renting a bike on site or in the vicinity. In some campsites, our partners offer the possibility of renting tents. If you need more detailed information, you can check with the reception upon arrival or contact our Reservation Centre, at reservations@valamar.com who will be happy to check the requested information for you.

Is the advance payment included in the price or is it an extra cost?

The advance payment is included in the total amount of the stay when paying at the reception.

Do you have travel insurance?

You can arrange travel insurance via email at travel.insurance@valamar.com. Valid for Valamar Riviera d.d. and Imperial Riviera d.d.

Why is it not possible to reserve a specific pitch number?

Reservation is possible only for the pitch type. We will be happy to make note of the desired pitch number when the booking is made and will take this into account when allocating the pitch, depending on availability. Since the pitches differ in size and position and some have a slope or tree in the middle of the pitch, the specific pitch is allocated taking into account the size and type of your camping equipment.

Can a dog sleep in a camping home?

Dogs are allowed in all campsites in certain types of camping homes. After booking a camping home in which dogs are allowed, the dog can stay with you in that property.

Is it possible to grill on the pitch?

Grilling is allowed on the pitch only on electric or gas grills. If you want to grill using charcoal, you can use the fixed grills available in the campsite.

If I stay less time than planned, will I be charged for the entire stay that I booked or only for the time I actually spent at the campsite?

Upon check-in we will ask you to confirm your departure date. In case of early departure, we charge a fee of one night per accommodation unit. In the period from 30 June to 1 September, we will charge the entire amount for your booked stay. The early departure fee is not applicable in case of illness or force majeure.

Is there shade on the pitch?

If you want the pitch to be in the shade, you can mention this when making your booking. We will take this into account when allocating a pitch, depending on availability.

Is it possible to bring a boat, jet ski and other water vessels?

If you are bringing a boat or jet ski, it is necessary to mention this when booking in order for us to make time to find a place for storing it. There is an extra charge for these services.

Are there bed linen and towels in the camping homes?

The price of final cleaning includes bed linen and towels in all our campsites.

Are there shops, restaurants and swimming pools within the campsite?

Shops and restaurants are located in campsites or nearby. Certain campsites have a swimming pool.
