The Premium Mare parcels have a first row seafront location. They are 60 to 80 m² in size. All are equipped with water and electricity connections. All Premium Mare parcels are numbered.

Comfort Mare pitches are located in the vicinity of the seafront. Their surface are between 60 and 90 m² in size and have electricity and water connections. All Comfort Mare pitches are marked with numbers.
